We’re offering sports physicals for the 2025–2026 school year—one convenient appointment covers your athlete for all sports (Fall, Winter, and Spring)!

Services include:

Height & weight check

Blood pressure & vitals screening

MCIR review & immunizations

Full head-to-toe assessment

Appointments are required (walk-ins accepted as time allows). Physicals completed after April 15, 2025, are valid for the next school year.
