We use ESS (Willsub) to contract our substitute teachers. After signing up, you can pick and choose which buildings or assignments you would like, or apply for one of the following positions.

• Building Substitute-Elementary

• Building Substitute-High School
  
  Our daily rate is  $110/day and $125 per day after 45 consecutive days.

• If you don't already have a current background check,  compliant with MDE requirements, please contact or visit our office to get the necessary paperwork completed prior to scheduling an appointment to get them done.

• If you are already working for ESS and want to add Capac to your list of schools, please complete the authorization to release fingerprint results at our central office, and we'll request your fingerprint results from your current K-12 school district.
