In order to best serve you and your family, we have several program options available to you for your children aged three through five years of age.
• Capac Preschool- runs Monday through Friday from 8:00-11:00 am. You may select the number of days you would like your child to attend; weekly tuition varies based on the number of days your child attends. The cost is $14.50 per day. DHS Child Care Subsidy is accepted and tuition assistance is available to children who qualify. Your child must be three years old on or before September 1st to attend.
• Childcare-Additionally you may purchase childcare after preschool ends for the day. It runs from 11:00-2:50 pm Monday through Friday at the cost of $4.50 per hour.
• Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) - The Great Start Readiness Program (GSRP) is Michigan's state-funded preschool program for four-year-old children to help them prepare for and succeed in school. The program runs Monday through Friday, 8:00 am -2:57 pm, is free to eligible children and once again your child must be four years old on or before September 1st to attend.
