Welcome to Capac High School. Capac High School students have many educational opportunities. Some choose college preparation courses, while others choose to take classes at St. Clair RESA through its TEC program. We also have students who attend the Macomb Academy of Math and Science and Middle College. Other students take distance-learning classes, dual enrollment classes as well as online courses through E2020 or GENNET. Summer school uses online courses from Education 2020. The many different methods for learning allow Capac students to find the classes or career track that they will enjoy and in which they can excel.

Our students have many extra-curricular opportunities. They can choose to be in the following clubs: Spanish Club,  SADD Club, BPA, 24/7 Club, Ski Club, Quiz Bowl, FFA, Science Club, Mock Trial, Robotics Clubs (Metal & Soul and Screaming Eagles) and Spring Musical, as well as student government with our student council. There are many students who participate in one or more of these clubs. Research has shown that students who are involved in school activities typically manage their time better and have more success in and out of school. The National Honor Society, with a membership of approximately forty students, performs over 1000 hours of community service on a yearly basis. These students all maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3. The high school also has a very active student council, which does many nice things to enhance the atmosphere of the building.

Athletics is another prominent aspect of Capac Schools.

Yearly we have over 300 students per season participating in one or more of our sports teams. Capac Community Schools offers varsity teams, junior varsity teams, 9th grade teams, 8th grade teams and 7th grade teams.

Capac High School has approximately 26 teachers who meet the national and state standards to be highly qualified teachers. The staff is very professional and works very hard to help students succeed academically and personally. Parents are also an integral part of their child's success and the high school staff works to create a positive partnership with the parents.

Capac High School is a great place to go to school and receive an excellent education!
