New Pay to Participate Fees and Procedures

Below are the new pay to participate fees and procedures that have been passed by the Board of Education for the 2018-2019 school year:

$50 for 1st Sport ($40 for free lunch)
$40 for 2nd Sport ($30 if reduced lunch to meet $80 cap)
$30 for 3rd Sport
$80/yr. for those students receiving reduced lunch
$40/yr. for those students receiving free lunch
$100 per student if paid in advance by September 15th
$240 family cap if paid in advance by September 15th

  • In summary, student athletes will now pay “per sport played,” giving a break to those student athletes who only play one or two sports. Also, those student athletes who know they will be playing three sports this year can save $20 (if full priced lunch) by paying $100 by September 15th, 2018. Student athletes receiving free/reduced lunch pay to participate fees will remain $40/$80 respectively.

  • Fall pay to participate fees are due by September 15th, 2018. Winter and Spring season pay to participate fees are due by the first contest of that respective season. Student athletes will not be permitted to participate in any contests if these payment deadlines are not met.

  • Also, students with outstanding pay to participate balances from 2016-2017 and/or 2017-2018 must have their balances paid in full in order to be eligible to participate in athletic contests during the 2018-2019 school year.
