Capac Virtual Education Program (CVEP)

CVEP offers a non-traditional approach using online programs that meet all the state standards that are required in a traditional setting. This program meets the needs of many different types of students ~ homeschoolers, college prep, those who have had behavior problems in a traditional school, students who are behind in credits, and students who are not able to attend school in person for various reasons, just to name a few.  

 

Middle & high school programs available (6-12th grades)

 

Many electives available that are not currently available in the traditional schools such as Digital Photography, Veterinary Science, Introduction to Archeology, and Music Appreciation.

 

Onsite tutoring availabe with highly qualified teachers.

 

Virtual Education Specialist onsite and highly qualified in math and science.

 

Upon completion students receive a high school diploma.

Spotlights

Breakfast
Breakfast & Lunch at School Capac Elementary serves Universal breakfast (all students receive free breakfast) daily, in the classroom, at 7:40 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. Lunch is served daily from 10:40 a.m. - 12:40 p.m. A bag lunch is also available on 1/2 days. The price for a paid student lunch is $2.40, reduced student lunch is $ .40 and adult lunch is $3.95. Jr.-Sr. High School breakfast is served daily from 7:40 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. in the cafeteria. The price for a paid student breakfast is $1.50, reduced student breakfast is $ .30, and adult breakfast is $1.90. Jr.-Sr. High School lunch periods are as follows: A lunch is served from 11:06 a.m. - 11:43 a.m. and B lunch is served from 12:09 p.m. - 12:46 p.m. Lunch is also available on 1/2 days. Students must pre-order, in the cafeteria, the morning of. The price for a paid student lunch is $2.75, reduced student lunch is $ .40, paid student Ready, Set, Deli is $3.25, reduced student Ready, Set, Deli is $ .40 and adult lunch is $3.95.

Capac Virtual School All courses available at any of our schools are available to home schooled students who might wish to attend as a supplement to their home school curriculum. For more information, please contact Capac Community Schools at 810-395-3791 and you will be connected with the appropriate counselor or administrator. Capac Virtual Program also provides students Grades 6-12 the opportunity to take a full schedule of virtual classes without attending the schools with the exception of orientation/enrollment and completing state testing.
